I enjoy going to get my braces tighten because everyone is so nice and friendly in the office. Dr. Casagrande & Dr. Nelson makes it less scary going to the dentist.

Matthew is our second son that was treated by Dr. C and staff. We are more than pleased with the attention to detail and outstanding work by Dr. C. We have referred several people to the office and would gladly refer more! Great job NVO!
I love Northern Virginia Orthodontics everybody is so nice. It's a great feeling to know that people care about you and I always get this feeling when I'm there. I think it's awesome how they have games and things to do while your waiting, most of the time while your waiting for an appointment you just have to sit, well not here. Keep up the great work! :)
